module making 101

somebody told me that by using the learning objective "...to raise awareness and understanding " i was insulting my participants by assuming that their awareness and understanding are much lower than my own. ooooooooooh!

there is always room for raising awareness and understanding, one's own and others, it is a valid learning objective.
